I've decided to celebrate the Star Wars Day 2012 by painting a SW miniature I had bought some time ago on eBay. It's a T-34 Landspeeder with Luke Skywalker as a driver - the mini is a soft plastic one, it comes from one of the SW Micro Machines sets.

Hi! Great vision and paint job! Keep it up. Think I'm going to join your group.
OdpowiedzUsuńVery cool, I need one for my collection.
OdpowiedzUsuńThat's very nicely done!
OdpowiedzUsuńVery good miniature and painting! :)
OdpowiedzUsuńThanks guys!
OdpowiedzUsuńThanks, guys!
OdpowiedzUsuńWhat are the odds it'd be in scale? Very nice, you achieved that beaten-up look very well.
OdpowiedzUsuń@Allison: Thanks! As for the miniature being in scale - actually it's not as surprising. Some of the Micro Machines minis are closer to 20mm (and most of them have really poor detailing as they are made from rubbery soft plastic), but others (e.g. Hoth Echo Base troopers) are spot-on for today's 'large 15mm' (Rebel Minis, GZG, some Khurasan stuff). Those that are a bit out of scale should work too in case of the heroes - especially Vader...
